I had been a parishioner at SES for 14 years up to 2016 when I began a Church odyssey of sorts. St. Elizabeth Seton is not a saint to be taken for granted. My Mom died in 2013 on St. Elizabeth Seton’s feast day, January 4th. She and my Dad are buried on Long Island in a large Mausoleum: St. Therese chapel and St. Elizabeth Seton wing. Additionally, Msgr. Frank Pugliese, a priest I have gotten to know from another parish, says Mass frequently at SES Church. When I recently came back there to see him, I knew I had returned home! I will also mention that, with the passing of our deacon about a year ago, Fr. Michael needs a lot of support from parishioners. So I welcome new parishioners. When churches are all back to full swing, I hope to be resuming my role in giving tours of our beautiful Church.

Beautiful Catholic Church. There’s a wonderful statue outside in the plaza. A good place to go pray. The service was wonderful and the people inviting

Truly exquisite in every detail. As a Roman Catholic, I have experienced many contemporary style Catholic settings. St. Elizabeth Seton--truly beautiful in every regard. I am so thankful the peace-filled and lovely grounds and the fine interiors are fully secure and protected. The hours of access are well-thought out for those who want to visit. A very progressive and forward-thinking parish. .

This very large parish in Carlsbad is a wonderful location to worship and share your Catholic faith journey with many friends. Be sure to check out the virtual tour 360-degree photos on Google Maps to enjoy the outdoor courtyard, interior of the church, and blessed sacrament chapel.
