I attended a Fisher Investment luncheon seminar here today. We were in lower level “ballroom” a/b. The room was nice and tables set appropriately but the room was a bit musty. Salad was preset on the table and was good. Wait staff was marginal as entrees were placed on the tables before salads were eaten. The entre consisted of baked chicken breast, watery creamed potatoes and over steamed broccoli. Frankly I have had better food from a truck stop or cafeteria. The desert was a chocolate tort that was quite good. Not sure if it was made in-house or purchased elsewhere. It was served over a drizzle of raspberry sauce. This could have been improved by a small dollop of unsweetened whipped cream to calm the sweetness of the really good tort.
