This place has gone really far downhill. When I had my Chow, the front cashiers were really friendly and helpful. Now the cashiers are just hostile. The chubby one with dirty dark hair was super mouthy to the guest before me. The skinny blonde talked about her weekend plans, including smoking crank. The vets do not take the time to explain anything. It’s basically like a butcher market, on with the next. I’d stay far away from this place.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve never seen a vets office with so many pending lawsuits. Be sure to ask how much the visit is going to be - they will make up a random price, hold your pet hostage, misdiagnosis and mistreat your pet while in their care, then charge boarding fees 3 times what they quoted. I had to pay a reputable vet another grand to fix the damage these people did. The bratty ‘mean girls’ at reception are clearly desperate for attention. After arguing with me loudly about the rate because they are incapable of performing simple math, they were rude, unprofessional and overall pathetic. Even though these poorly selected receptionists had me fill out a new contact form, they still used my ex-husbands name on my file, who happens to be abusive. When asked to remove his name so that he can’t locate my address by calling these not-so-bright ‘ladies’, they laughed and refused to do so. Hopefully this place gets its management and staff in order, otherwise it’s going yo be difficult for GC pet owners to find emergency care. Definitely go elsewhere if you care about your pet at all.

First time being there, they took excellent care of our Missy girl. So thankful everyone was so nice and helpful.

We used to love this place, however, the last time we took our dog in they charged us $700 but did absolutely nothing for our dog. When we called back, the staff were rude. They have offered no assistance and do not care that our dog is still sick.

After Hours pricing for an exam starts at $70. If you have Guilford College Animal Hospital as your regular vet and are up-to-date with your annual, the wellness exam is $50 and the sick-pet exam is $62.
No. Cats and dogs only.
Go to a regular vet. Unless it's a dire emergency After Hours will charge a lot more.
Any places that could help my dog out. Idk what to do.
No, the exam starts at $70.
