Go to literally any other groomer! I had a vacation coming up and wanted to take my puppy to the beach. I had to schedule 6 weeks out just to get him seen by a groomer. It was set for the day before my trip. I pulled up to drop off my dog at my scheduled appointment time only to find out in the parking lot that the groomer was out for the day. No reschedule, no apology, nothing. This is the second major issue I've had at this location. The first problem was an over $600 bill for a service where I was quoted $250. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. As you can tell from my profile, I rarely review anything. I was so disappointed for the second time that it seemed worth it to me to leave a review. Southwoods used to be fantastic, but their standards are in freefall. Save yourself a headache from subpar service. Find another provider.

Southwoods animal hospital has consistently provided outstanding care for my senior morkie. I am extremely discerning regarding my pet's care. I have taken her to several vet practices in the last 12 years and I can honestly say that southwoods has by far exceeded my expectations and i would never trust my baby with anyone else! Dr. Paschal was able to diagnose and effectively treat an ongoing issue with my dog that no other veterinarian even thought to check. Besides being the most competent and thorough veterinarian I have encountered, it is evident that Dr. Paschal sincerely cares about the well being of my dog. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
