Seems to always be a problem to get my prescriptions. Information is always wrong, the wait is forever, consistently getting insurance information wrong. I have waiting in their car pick up lane for up to 40 minutes etc. Its just an unacceptable level of poor execution. I have since moved to another pharmacy

Always so very slow then today, after the usual lengthy time.....the card reader wasn't processing. Three tries and I told them to keep the prescription! The only reason I went here for a med is because I needed a compounded prescription and, they do compounding. Never again!

Been going there for years but the past few months have been anything but stellar. Took in prescription yesterday and had to wait 30 minutes while the cashier helped the person in front of me fill out a form. He was the only person in front of me so when he was through I thought I could get my prescription filled in short order but was told it would take about an hour. Since I could not wait I said I would be back later. After receiving email that the prescription was ready for pick-up went to pharmacy only to find the doors locked due to computer being down. Came back home expecting to pickup prescription today but as of this writing they are still closed. I called the store to see when they thought they would be opening but was told they had no clue. Since they had my prescription (I was told I could not get that back to take to another Walgreens or another pharmacy) they transferred me to another Walgreens who said they could not fill my prescription without a hard copy since it is a controlled substance. I explained that they had a hard copy at the other Walgreens and it was in the system but they said I needed to call my doctor and he/she could phone it in. There was no way I was going to call my doctor on a Sunday and since they had his prescription in their system any Walgreens Pharmacy should have been able to verify it as well as my insurance. Waiting in line for hours getting one excuse after another blaming Covid; short staffing' and "we are so busy" (even when you may be the only person in the whole place outside of staff) has become the norm at this pharmacy. I will be seriously considering taking my business elsewhere as I don't have time for this type of inconsideration and negligence.

AVOID AT ALL COST!. I had an appointment for 12:45pm for a flu shot. I sat there for 2.5 hours waiting for my shot. Joke of a place. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Worst Walgreens in the United States.
