I have rented a car quite a few times since doing travel for my work, and the experience has been relatively good. However, each time that I have rented from GSO airport, there has been something with the vehicle. That part is frustrating. Overall the customer service has been good.

They “are on a different system” which can cause many issues as I learned the hard way. They don’t take paper ID’s that the state gives out temporarily

They usually have discounts for aarp and offer various discounts as well. Give them a call for more information.
Yes Enterprise closes at 11 but the national counter stays until the last flight they should be able to help you
It is easy to return the car but you will have a bit of a walk.
You can park somewhere else and have them come pick you up.
