Great people wonderful customer service when we had problems with our van they found us another rental agency close by got us a van helped us out and got us back on the road we rented a van for 8 days for $697 and some change you really can't beat that these days unlimited mileage to boot.

Stay away unless you like paying for hidden charges fraudulently added by them. I prepaid a 4 day rental and requested that my wife be added as an additional driver. Budget clearly states that spouses do not have to pay to as additional drivers. They had me sign a contract that is completely illegible and made absolutely no mention of any extra charges. I just returned the car and again no mention of any extra charges. Got home and find we had been charged an additional $60 for 4 days. I called to request a refund since the charge does not apply and was told that I signed for it. I rebutted that they state that spouses don't pay extra and would gladly supply my marriage certificate if needed and she hung up on me.

No they don't. And there isn't a slot for keys. I normally drop the car off at night, go home, and then on the way to work I drop the keys off and that's it no one else is available to go with me in the morning.

More than likely. But I would recommend not using Budget. If you cancel, they will not refund the deposit past a certain point
