Got a Uber rental through Hertz and Hertz lied and said that I should get charged each week that I extend a Uber rental. But I only got charged for the first week for $305.00from what my bank said and got charged a balance of $1,037.00 after I turned in the Uber rental for good to Hertz and the Hertz representative told me I didn’t owe anything. Also, I never got my $200.00 deposit that was given to them each of the 4 weeks. Also , I contacted corporate for Hertz and I couldn’t get a refund. Communication from workers at this particular one on how Hertz does business with Uber rental was not great or helpful and they didn’t go out of their way to help me resolve this issue. Wouldn’t recommend Hertz ever.

Disappointed that the car I booked online through Expedia was not available for pick up at the agreed time. They didn't have any cars and asked me to wait while they got some back. Unfortunately I needed more certainty than waiting till who knows how long for them to get something back.

Every car is different and depending on season is different day also class of car by size you have to call to get a price
Dont rent from them customer service sucks from a few and the website is misleading... My opinion though
The Vehicle was covered in snow brine which was not local. We cleaned the windshield and windows but brought it back in the same dirty condition we received it. They don't care. That's how they do business. No worries. I would still get everything in Writing.
