Came in today looking for foils and some other items. The foils I picked out where displayed at 7.49 so I picked them up. When I got to check out they rang up 17 dollars so I told them they were marked at 7.49. Lady walked back there with me, moved them over, agreed with me that they were in the wrong and she still wouldn’t honor the price. I’ve NEVER been to a store that would not make things right with a mistake THEY made. So I will never come back to this Sally’s. This location sucks!

The staff member who assisted was absolutely phenomenal and made me laugh/smile. She explained how to do everything very clearly so that even someone inclined to mess it up like myself could do it. The ultimate product selection was fantastic and I am really excited about my new look! 😁 The store is really well kept and it seems like everyone was very invested in their work.
