More than likely. But I would recommend not using Budget. If you cancel, they will not refund the deposit past a certain point
Yes it is but you will get the deposit back when you return it. If you prepay, there's a deposit. If you pay at the counter, theres not a deposit.
I have use budget many times and had good service. Depending on the type of card you use. I know for a debit card the is a deposit plus days of rental that is refundable upon return. I always book on line and can pay on line or at the rental office
