No they don't. And there isn't a slot for keys. I normally drop the car off at night, go home, and then on the way to work I drop the keys off and that's it no one else is available to go with me in the morning.

Absolutely! There is an orange drop box out front to the left of the entrance. I haven’t had a problem. Just drop the key in and go.
yes they do it took me forever to find it, but its an orange key drop on top of their blue return policy sign in the front of the building to the left of the front door
