We have been trying to call and obtain an appointment with them since April 2020. No one will pick up and the voicemail inbox is always full. Trying to call every number I can find online and no matter how many messages I leave, we hear nothing. It's very frustrating!

what is the most simple way to get a renewal of my dependent ID card? I have tried calling, tried the website thru Rapids. It just tells me no appt available thru January 2022.

I had to go by there back in September and I got a appointment for November. They are scheduled out till January right now. Long story short I would go in person to schedule a appointment.

My grandson is obsessed with the military. He is 7. Can I bring him there and you guys talk to him. It would be awesome

If you bring him before 3p someone in the FMS shop would be available to show him some of our trucks. Those are pretty cool to young kids
