I was not at all happy after waiting for the repairman and the attitude I received when he got there about how small my laundry room was he then proceeded to tell me he could not work on the machine because he could not read the model number but Sears has worked on the machine before so this is all been on file so he left and then they hounded me for 2 weeks to reschedule?? Reschedule do you honestly think I would use them absolutely NOT. AND THEN TRYING TO GET REMOVED SO THEY WOULDN'T HARASS ME WITH FOUR CALLS A DAY WASN'T EASY EITHER I DON'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES THERE ARE OTHER LOCAL SERVICES MUCH BETTER

Initially, the repair window was 1-5pm on July 27. I took off from work and gave up wages to be home for the repair that day. On that morning, they narrowed it to 2:45-4:15. (I was receiving both text messages and emails with reminders and updates. In addition, I monitored the web page for my repair case.) When 4:15 passed, I learned that the technician's new arrival time would be 6:06pm. I thought, "Fine. As long as he comes and the repair gets done." When 6:06 passed, the web page said I was "the next stop" for the repairman and the time would be 6:27. At 6:30, the web page for my case suddenly showed my "new appointment" would be August 5, 10-2 (when I would be working). So, I stayed home for the whole day, only to find that they blew me off completely! No phone call from the technician. No text. No email. No explanation. I waited a few hours and decided to Cancel the "new appointment" they had assigned to me. I will not have anything to do with this company, and decided I will NEVER buy a Sear Kenmore product again. I will bring this up at our Village's meetings and recommend nobody deal wit

My only problem was not with the technician - he was great. In spite of indicating many times to the person scheduling the service that there is more than one house on the property, the technician for my first appointment went to the wrong house. I was unable to get another appointment for a week, which was very annoying. The second technician also went to the wrong house. Fortunately for me, someone at the other residence was home this time and sent the technician to me.
