The initial one on one with the sales person was excellent and then it began. For most of the process, the company was sloppy and nonresponsive to our concerns! VERY VERY PAINFUL! Then along came Toni! She is the game changer to this company and my review. The review would have been a 1 star well deserved commentary- however working with Toni and everyone else she sent to the house to work did not deserve that. Our pool would still not be done if she did not come in and use her years of experience to benefit the company and the customers. Toni you are the key to their check mate, the essential missing piece (s). Everyone you talk to respects TONI for her knowledge and no nonsense, gets the job done persona. Way to go new owners for bringing Toni on board. DONT LOSE HER!!!! I love the final product...

We contracted with Nicholas Pools to replace our pool liner. The pool ended up needing resurfacing, too. From scheduling with Jo Anne, to resurfacing and liner install with Paul we couldn't be more pleased.

Their pool butler service is great for us. We aren't always around so to have them take care of everything takes a load off our minds. And when we get here we can just jump in and feel safe that all water levels are correct.
