Unprofessional to summarize. Went to get my brothers rental suit for a 15 they measured him, he’s a bigger guy but they said they could do it. We paid the bill for it up front. My mom and brother went to pick it up when it was ready and it did not fit at all. They then turned it to my mom and made her feel like it was her fault… she wasn’t the one doing the measurements you were?! My mom’s English isn’t the best and yet they kept arguing with her and talking back and forth between each other, giving her a hard time. Then they said they would add a piece of fabric to make his vest fit, instead of just ordering a new suit. We had to come back the next day. The jacket wouldn’t even button and the seamstress really said “idk I’m just a seamstress it’s not my problem” and told him “oh you don’t need it to button the vest is enough” like seriously that’s not the point. Won’t even get into how they treated us as a group when we took the boys to get fitted the first time.
