Dropped off suit jacket , shirt and trousers to be dry cleaned by Saturday. Went to pick up at Saturday at 1pm and the jacket and shirt was done but the pants weren’t ready . Mistakes happen I understand, so we agreed on cleaning them before 3 and to give us a call. It’s now 3 and they now said they lost the pants. Next time please be honest with the clients and admit you lost them so you don’t waste their time.

This is now the third time I went here and was unhappy with my service! The first two times I went and brought home a jacket that was uncleaned, when I payed to have it dry cleaned but I let it go because things happen and the guy said he would clean it again for free but the third time I brought a sweater that needed a jewel reattached all they had to do was sow the string back into the jewel and they completely detached the jewels and rearrange them and sowed it back together without even an explanation! I questioned it when I left so I went on the website to see how the sweater looked when it was purchased originally and saw the difference! I can’t even replace the sweater because it’s sold out thanks a lot crest! Never going here again!!!!
