lousy service, the lady who attends made my daughter wait 20 minutes for a piece of printed paper that she did not want to do and began to attend to shipments of packages from people who arrived later, in the end I asked her if it would take long and she told me to “go run other errands and to come back later”

Warren and Joan were both incredibly rude. Do not recommend interacting with either of them if at all possible. Joan shook my package in my face and told me to never have anything sent to "her" store again before throwing it at me. All because I inquired about an unexpected charge. Absolutely horrible customer service from both of them, I'd expect more from someone three times my age but what can you do? I'd recommend going to another location or if possible, deal with one of the younger associates at this location as they have been kinder to me on previous visits.
