A problem from days ago with the outside water pipe and they have not solved it for me

The water has been yellow for a few days now that it even stains our sinks, nothing has been done about it, i called the office several time and the new management doesn’t pick up at all and has it under “voicemail” so basically if you wanna reach them about anything important you have to schedule an appointment, this place was good 2 years ago, now it’s totally going down the hill with these new managements they put in their office every other month 🤦🏼♀️
