I love my new forever home. I came from 50 years of apartment living. It is wonderful community to live in. It is by everything. Most of all the office staff is wonderful. They worked with my busy schedule to coordinated my move in date. I never imagine a trailer park would be for me. I plan to retire here as well.

The ladies in the office continue to be amazing! I stopped looking for a while but decided to try and look again, wasn’t able to find another MH that I would like. Who ever wrote the last sentence in her comment about “A Hispanic eats another Hispanic” is completely incorrect; Policies are policies and they follow it because they will not risk their job to satisfy a unhappy client -think if it was your company, do you want your employee to not follow policies? Keep up the good work Josephine and Silvia! Thanks for all the helpful insights when I call in.

2 or 3 that are overpriced, and that is why they are still there after months and months, usually they sale pretty fast, but when you get a realtor involved... the realtor will try to sell it expensive to get more comission. Best to buy directly from owner

Rent is separate from trailer ownership. Base rent is 785$. 20$ extra per pet. Doesn't include water or electricity or lawn care. Pretty much only covers trash pickup.

It's around 800 a month for lot fees and you CANNOT sublease. You must live in the home and if you have anyone else move in they will charge you to do a background and credit check ($300)
