Rent is separate from trailer ownership. Base rent is 785$. 20$ extra per pet. Doesn't include water or electricity or lawn care. Pretty much only covers trash pickup.
Lot rent is around $800 a month depending on if you have a pet and if you sign a 1 year lease agreement. You must own the trailer, and rent the lot. They don't rent trailers.
