I took cracked screen but fully functional iPad 7 to this location for repair and they tested thoroughly before taking the device in for repair. I used their price match promotion of to repair my device. After the first fix we took the device home but with in few minutes, we found the home button is pushed inside and a glitch is appearing (caused by repair which still exists). Called the location and explained the issue and took the device back to them for repair as it was explained to us during the first visit under warranty. After the second fix, after sometime we faced the same glitch again which they ignored earlier and home button issue was still persisting. After facing the same issue I reached out to store in after noon and explained the issue. My concern was my device. Customer service (at this location) first tried to give the mother board reason over the phone itself without looking at the device and said he will give my money back (which was not expected) . I went back to the store in the evening in person. After their analysis they again blamed the motherboard. I requested the policy information(a copy) to discuss but "Tom Villacres" (District Manager- I faced him very first time ) denied and blamed I bothered them all day long(extreme wrong) and showed extreme racism and said because I paid the lowest price hence they are not responsible and will not fix the issue (which they created) and with extreme rudeness he asked me to take the completely non functional device back, which I didn't. I requested his employee id and he denied.They still hold my iPad Gen 7 device(Oct 17th 2022). Extreme unprofessional.

It was a awesome store with amazing representatives. Unfortunately my phone was beyond repair but their assistance was great and efficient. Would recommend to go for any tech issue!
