My pixel 3 screen was shattered and I took 5 pm appointment and they got it done by 6.30, but do take an appointment so they can assist you better.
Give them a call. They are very helpful. I had my phone battery replaced in less than an hour. You should make an appointment because they might need to order the part and without an appointment, the wait time is unpredictable.
