We went at a good time. It wasn't over crowded and kids had a good time.

The worse Chuck E Cheese in the Northern Virginia area. Game machines are always broken, or not filled with balls, plates, or water or whatever the machines need. Also the staff at this place have no clue how to process passes that are bought online by customers. We always had to waste 15 minutes for the manager to come and process the passes. Finally staff always ask customers to leave 10 minutes before they close, which I find unprofessional. Owner needs to take action and fix this place and hire people interested in working there.
