While the contractor himself was absolutely wonderful and was respectful, efficient and did a great job on the repair, RPM took almost 5 months to even address the repair and only did so once it went from a minor issue to an emergency.

Hi Yvonne, Thanks for you inquiry. Resolute does not do any short term rentals at this time. We typically do a 12 month lease. We can do a shorter term, but 7 months would be our minimum. Feel free to call me to discuss further.
