Horrible service, delivery, customer service. Guaranteed overnight delivery means loose the package, and lie about where it is, then when they find it, lie about delivery. package was not delivered 3 times with people standing by waiting. Camera shows driver turn around in our parking lot and never get out of the truck.

Missed the FedEx man. Had package redirected to the ship center. Was right there waiting on me. Polite and efficient. Wish you could waive the must sign. Would have saved me a long trip.

Said they returned package because the couldn’t find address after they have delivered here 10 times in two weeks ??? Call and no one speaks understandable English ?????

1-800-GOFEDEX is national number to discuss delivery options, also the FedEx app is a good way to make other arrange ents for your package. A majority of Dollar General and Walgreens stores offer both pick up and drop off.

I'm pretty sure it's 10AM for next day delivery
Last shipment for ground drop off there is 5 pm everyday from Monday to friday. It's picked up at 5 and shipped to a ground terminal for sorting. Airmail I believe is a hour or two later like 6 or 7. It's always good to make it at least 30mins before the deadline incase there a line .
