Please fix the trucks. I was behind one of your drives about 10 minutes ago on Bruce Rd and it smelled like something was on fire. The smell had came through the vents of the car I literally thought I was about to have an asthma attack. Despite that I had my one year old in the back seat I had to let down the windows and take a different route home.

They are impossible. They leave a door tag, but no address or phone information. This is not where you think you would need to go. So after an hour of running around, you may as well reorder your stuff and have them return the package.

There are cameras in the delivery vehicles and the location where the package is dropped off is put in to the system on every drop off. There's no need to take a picture of it? Most people have door bell cams now anyways.
Yes Mon-fri 9am-8pm, Sat-12pm- 7pm. Just bring your tracking number and ID.
The FedEx facility closes usually at 8PM. The latest we have shut down is 10:30 PM. Our home delivery drivers finish their day by 7:30 to 8 PM
Is it with FedEx themselves or a contractor?
You can drop it off at a Fed ex office, or some Walgreens have Fed ex drop locations in them.
