If it is sold by Walmart yes. But, watch online sales. Others sell on Wal-Mart's site. You may have return to them not Walmart. Look closely at the listing on Walmart's to see where actually is the merchant.

Very close to the Walmart store there is a gas station called Murphy 's, you can hardly see it, it is behind some trees. Gasoline is always very cheap there.
