We moved to Ohio five years ago when my husband's Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. We always knew we would return to the Greenville area after she had passed. When she passed away in August we decided to look for our new home. I had promised my employer that I would give a month's notice so my last day was September 30th. My husband came down to Greenville and with the help of our wonderful realtor he found a home. Time was passing quickly, the movers pushed up the date for pickup, we knew that we wanted new carpets for the bedrooms. We went to a "Big Box Store ", thinking the carpet is the same and we could schedule installation before moving in, wrong! Not only could this chain not guarantee a date, they said it could take up to a month. I remembered Michael's Carpet and called them last week, I spoke with Jordan and explained the situation, he said "No problem". We got in Thursday night, met with Jordan Friday morning, he gave us samples to take to the house. We closed on the house at 1:30 and Michael's had someone at the house at 3:30 to measure. We chose the carpet we wanted and let Jordan know. At 9:30 this morning the installers came, removed the old carpet, cleaned the slab ( the previous owner had pets and the carpet was soiled all the way through). Then they installed the new backing or padding ( which was higher quality than the chain and less expensive) then the new soft, thick carpet. And then they cleaned up, they even sweep our wood floors. We are amazed and truly grateful for the wonderful customer service. We are heading back to Ohio Monday to finish packing and when we return we will have the best carpet for ourselves and our guests. Thank you Michael's Flooring!!!!
