This store is a joke, very unprofessional. I always think highly about FedEx but this store is working very well to tear down that reputation. I asked to deliver a package to this store, I went twice, although I prove my identity with a federal ID, I proved I’m not an “illegal alien” but still they didn’t give me my package. The reason “the address on my ID doesn’t match the original delivery address” the curios thing was that I had the authority to send back the package but not to get it right there. I asked for option the answer was “ I can’t give you the package”, no options. The unbelievable was the manager store was giving me “service”. Mrs Mook at least pretend you like your job and please never look for a job in Taco Bell they are doing very well.

I'm not sure where the 2.9 stars come from....because it should be a SOLID 5 !!!! A quick back story: My Grandfather recently passed away and we needed 50 copies of his eulogy printed LAST MINUTE. The literal SECOND I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional lady named Kyung. I didn't have a CLUE how to go about having the eulogy printed, how to place the order, how to get the file to the right location...ANYTHING!!! She quickly took care of EVERYTHING for me! She had 50 copies of my Grandfather's 3 page eulogy printed, collated, stapled, boxed and ready to go within about 10 minutes of me walking through the door. TOP NOTCH SERVICE on a day that my family and I REALLY needed it. Thanks so much!

Keep in mind I typically don’t give five stars and I’m hard to please. My visit today was quick, Kyung and all of the other workers there today were kind and friendly and made sure all of my info was accurate. She was very professional. I was having a very bad day when I came in but left having a good day, her kindness and enthusiasm to meet my needs meant a lot. I’ve come in on other occasions to urgently ship something and everyone I’ve encountered have been very nice and professional.

Friendly staff, but FedEx needs to have a better identity verification. Was unable to pick up a phone because it was sent to the wrong address and I "didn't have a photo id that showed I lived there." Seriously? That's the reason I had to pick it up on the first place. Loosen up the noose on the employees necks for christ sake.
