After paying for $38 for 2 day shipping, they lost my package and told me they weren't able to refund me my money until an investigation is over and that would be 8-10 days!? I essentially paid them to loose my item, and for them to hold $38. Richard is the least helpful and most incompetent owner of any establishment ive ever seen in my life. I shipped my item on July 5th, today is july 25th and not only have they STILL not found my package when I tried to get a refund over the weekend they weren't able to bc the owner (richard) wasn't there.

Terrible service. I send an international package from this store, there were 3 shampoo bottles, I offer to close the box myself but the young lady told me that she was going to do it, 3 days later I receive and email saying that my package was send back because improper package (one of the shampoo bottles open), the manager of the store told me that he was going to check what happened, (he never got back to me) a month and a week later I went to the store, I spoke to the owner and he told me that he was going to get back to me, he also never did. It was a lot of money and neither the store or the UPS follow up with me.

Convienient is all it is now, pony tail glasses girl will not reweigh for correct postage even if you question her that's the issue I guess she's so right lol magically knows off her head (genius or Einstein) what postage is so your things get sent back Ups store comment,well we are so sorry lol right! I Clearly asked and question the added weight Same complaints from other so...These were important documents that were time sensitive they don't care. From 5 stars to 1 in 24 months. there's other places to copy and get postage. Don't need the aggravation or the Clerks who really dont care. Screen your workers better, I'm sure there's 5 people you could.find who still have morals and work ethic.
