Moved out almost a few month ago and I will say that Linville is a very peaceful place to live in and very quiet. Very spacious, I stayed in a one bedroom apartment and my only complaints are that they paint over the bath tub so do not expect a fresh bath tub because after awhile the paint will begin to chip away and you’ll be scrubbing the paint off the tub while cleaning it (just a heads up), the stoves are made from the 1990s so your food will cook a lot faster, the refrigerator is also old to. The walls have wooded wallpaper so you may see some peeling from the wall and I would not expect them to be any different with the “updated” version. ‘you may run into a lot of sink, toilet and mold problems if you choose to stay here’. The floors are kind of sensitive so if you are living on the first floor you may hear a lot of walking which leads to the neighbors ‘while I was there the neighbors are very respectful, quiet and mind their business as everyone should’. The parking gets crazy in the front of the neighborhood at night so be aware of that, sometimes you might have to park a few doors down from your place of residence. The laundry room stays empty most of the time BUT I HIGHLY SUGGEST INVESTING IN A DRYER AT THE LOCAL APPLIANCE STORE!!! Their dryers freaking sucks and will have you ready to light that ish on fire it takes 5 drys to get a batch of clothes dried. There are only 3 dryers and washers. Packages! Since I have been there no one will mess with your packages that are left out in front of your door, not saying not to worry about it but for the most part it stays safe at your door step invest in a ring camera. The pool paint for some reason comes of the inside of the pool. But outside of the the staff is great I’ll give them 5 stars. Just wish they will replace everyone’s stove and refrigerator with something more modern. But everything else is great and everyone is loving. Definitely great for college student.

I am very happy with my apartment. This complex has affordable monthly rent. And we even have a pool. The management has been helpful when I’ve needed them. I’m very pleased.
