Hands down the most beautiful apartment building in Winston-Salem. The building is clean and safe, the employees are kind and friendly, and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. A big shoutout to Suzy and Rodney who go above and beyond for their residents---it does not go unnoticed---everyone that lives here will tell you how great they are.

The Nissen Building Apartments is by far the best apartment complex I have lived. The building is luxurious, the location is perfect downtown, and the staff are extremely courteous and professional. The view from the roof is amazing and all the residents I have engaged with were very happy to be living there. I highly recommend Nissen Building to anyone looking for an apartment in Winston-Salem.

Our company, Holiday Pools, has worked with the Nissen Building Apartments for many years. The staff is wonderful, and the view from the pool area is the best in town. You could not have a better location for downtown living. All the residents I have spoken with in the past seemed very excited to be there.
