I've been here since April/May 2022. this is a nice place to live. people here are very friendly, the maintenance guys are super cool and polite. when there is a problem, they respond very promptly and professional.

Very friendly and quick to respond management team, I could email Jessica about anything, and she was on it, and responded swiftly. I had to call once to after hours maintenance and they came within the hour and resolved the issue. Great place to live, very secluded yet you feel secure, I greatly enjoyed my time there...

They use dynamic pricing, so it can change weekly. $100 per month less than normal for my cousin's lease. Track on their website for accuracy.
