Horrible apartment and management. Walls are thin you hear everything from your surrounding neighbors. Walking/ TV/Radio. Not smoke free, I always smell marijuana or tobacco smoke in my apartment when I don’t smoke. The pool is usually closed. Trash on the grounds. Management only cares if you sign the lease, if not they refuse to do any updates. If I could give no stars I would.

Do not move here! They will accuse you of not paying your rent, they will turn off your cable and wifi and still require you to pay for it. The regional manger is no help. The lady Dee that works in the office has the nastiest attitude, other tenants will say the same. The maintenance man is lazy and has a key to the office and the drop box where the rent is suppose to go. This place SCREAMS unprofessional. The apartments are small and infested with mold. Save yourself the stress and do not move here.

Please get renters insurance if you live here and be aware of the mold, even though you cannot see it, it is infested with mold. This place got worse and worse over the years. The landlords do not helpful, they have a bad office manager representing them. I got home one afternoon on Thursday and my apartment was flooded. The closet and bathroom. The ceiling wall was open and water was leaking, the carpet was soaked up. I could not call anyone because they do not have a maintenance personnel. I had to wait until Friday to talk to the receptionist, I had to go in personally because she did not answer any of my 10 calls. When I got there she was just staring at the phone. I explained the situation and she said she would go do a walk through and take pictures in 1-2 hours. She said she was going to call a plumber. It was 2pm and the plumbers were no where, I went to ask her, Yuki about it. The plumbers forgot and she didn’t follow up until I asked her. She said she had no other units. After 3 weeks my apt was not fixed and she expected me to pay rent because I still had keys and my stuff in there. I was not reimbursed for the month I had already paid and the light bill went up because the repair men left a machine day and night for several days to dry off the walls. She blamed me for not checking for mold. She said the heater from upstairs that got damaged was not the cause of the water soaking through down to my apt. I got out of there in one day and resent the receptionist and landlords for their inhumanity. The smell was horrible and looked worse than what these pictures show.

For low rent it's ok, however the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, not to mention the invasive maintenance who like to just walk into your small apartment. Management don't seem to care about your sense of privacy.
