I’ve been a tenant for the last two months and I’ve been pleased with the experience and the amenities here. I’ve especially been impressed by how quickly and thoroughly the staff addresses issues when they come up (not that I’ve had many).

One of worst apartment. In the past I suggested to many of friends about this apartment but I won't suggest in the future. this management charge $25 dollars just keeping the empty bins( cleaned )outside overnight by mistake they don't even consider apologies. they charge unnecessary fees for lot of things . a lot of good apartments around winston salem

KEY WORD DON'T DO IT ! Especially if you desire peace. I Have called the staff about 3 times about some noise...... A lot of noise that is upstairs I've gotten to the point where I don't want to come home sometimes because the noise is bad for my new born (cant sleep) Staff does not take any of it seriously. if I had a tour of this exact apartment before I moved in I wouldn't have. .I can not enjoy myself in my own home. They moved me under a family of 5. And to add on there is no property security. my car has been broken into twice. I might as well have rented a house for the price I pay a month. Like I said its not worth it . I pretty sure I pay rent here like everyone else. why do I feel like I'm not being took care of... I feel baited and I would never ever suggest this place to anyone EVER!
