It definitely deserves 5 stars! I have been here for almost 2 years and I can say that it is a quiet and pleasant place, good neighbors! The Manager and the concierge are amazing, they are always there to attend to problems and fix everything very quickly! The current manager is always aware of maintenance and every detail!

Would be nice if this place was proactive in inclement weather and put down some salt in the parking lots so tenants and guests could get out after a snow storm.

Maintenance is horrible! I have been waiting well over 2 months for a heating issue to be resolved! It's making a loud ringing noise almost deafening that's driving me crazy! I can't sleep, I can't have guests over because it sounds like a loud vacuum is coming out of my vents! I can't enjoy my TV! Its affecting my hearing now and my mental health! Every time I call I am getting the run around about the technicians waiting on a part or being too busy when this should be priority! I can't turn it off because it's too cold! If anyone knows the owner or a phone number I can call to complain please let me know! This is NOT better living!!!!

As of 2014 I've been living at Fiddlers Creek Apartments. I'm Happy to say that I'm very pleased with my choice. I only have good things to say about this place. The staff is very courteous and hospitable anytime I need them their ready to accommodate my needs. The grounds are well kept the same with maintenance. The community is low key and quiet which I love. I plan on spending my future here in this lovely setting . Trust me you would not be disappointed.
