Compton of NC Do not move here. Cars constantly broken into, windows smashed, trash piling up. My truck was keyed today in broad daylight. Management refuses to protect the property of its residence, they are more concerned about sending out reminders about “pool rules”. Rent constantly increases but they can’t afford cameras in the parking lot.

I live in Wallburg landing. I had Covid and I’m still on oxygen, the electronic portal has never worked for me to pay my rent due to them misspelling my name, so I had to have my daughter bring my rent check to the office. I was charged $50.00 and made to get a money order, and it will say I was “late” because the due date fell on a weekend AND THEY did not have me in the portal to pay online. Also the crime! We have had cars broken into twice in 6 months! Yet they send out letters saying keep the noise down in the evenings but have no one to enforce it. I’ve lived in apartments before, they usually have a resident officer who walks the perimeter daily or cameras that ACTUALLY work! I have a masters degree and am a nurse, I have worked even through a debilitating recovery from Covid over the last 10 months, however, I will go live in my car before I sign another lease here!

I loved this place back when I first lived here. So much that I moved back and have been here for 2 years but it has went downhill. Half of the equipment in the gym doesn’t work or is run down, the trash compactor seems to be always broken and the stairs at my building have been broken for well over a month now and we just received an email today saying to not use them. What has really shocked me the most is that I was given notice in late December my rent was going up by almost $300 and my lease expired at the end of January. How is that even fair or ethical to give someone that short of a time frame to try and budget or find a new place? When I asked why, I was told they needed a new roof, etc. This place isn’t even 10 years old and it’s not my fault the building needs a new roof this early. Those expenses should be planned for and not passed down to the consumers. Needless to say I think Keystone Properties has extremely unethical business practices, the rent is ridiculously high, and the property is not “luxury”. Also, they provide you the bill online and charge you and extra $5 billing fee for this “convenience “ which you cannot opt out of.

Don’t stay here. Walls are extremely thin. We pay so much money in rent just to be woken up at 7am everyday by neighbors and their children. The sounds and stomping happen all day long. You can’t even enjoy your own household or get work done. Can’t wait to go.

No, despite the name of the complex it is not technically located in Wallburg but, just across the Forsyth County Line. The assigned high school is Glenn on Union Cross Rd.
It varies based on floor plan and current rental market and availability. Bottom floor costs more than third floor as well. I'd expect something in the 900+ range. They also may have specials for extended lease periods.
