Wish I could rate this 0 In town for the week for work and they set me up in this hotel. Everything was supposed to be covered and our travel department had been coordinating with the hotel on payment but when I got checked in they asked to swipe my card for incidentals and charged the whole week onto my credit and they had no idea who I should talk to or what I should do about the fact that it was charged. During my stay, my room was not cleaned despite me leaving off the do not disturb sign. On top of that, my company booked me for one more night during my stay, I called the front desk and they told me I needed to check out of my current room and move to another one so I had to pack up and take all of my luggage to work. When I went to check back in they gave me my SAME ROOM so I completely packed up and lugged everything around for no reason. The cherry on top was that when I finally got back into my room I was CHANGING and a man WITH A KEY unlocked my door and walked in. The only explanation I was given was that they had a miscommunication and he thought the room was vacant. I can understand booking and payment issues, I know I will be getting a refund onto my card now, but after all the terrible service and a man using a key to walk into my room while I had clearly checked in at the front desk, I have to speak up I worked with the same front desk woman through this entire process and her customer service was terrible. She seemed extremely annoyed with me every time I spoke to her or asked her a question to the point that a coworker of mine pointed out that she was being rude and unhelpful. This same coworker was booked at the hotel next to this one and said they received amazing service and loved their stay. I will never book at this location again

Bed was softer (mushier) than most Marriott properties. Complimentary breakfast was better than usual, with a greater selection of substantive offerings (Omelets, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs & sausage, etc.)

I’m in town for a week on business, and a Titanium Elite member. Front desk staff coordinates with the other hotel across the parking lot, but not apparently when it comes to food deliveries. I work late so ordered food to be waiting for me when I returned. It wasn’t there of course. Would love to know who took my delivery, and the only person who can check the cameras is “out of town”. When I pointed out it was the second time I’ve had an issue with food deliveries while that specific woman was working the front desk, she raised her voice and snapped at me “don’t you dare try to blame me.” She’d told me one thing, then I came off the elevator in time to hear her tell another employee the exact opposite as to what she’d told me (it was vs wasn’t delivered to the hotel across the parking lot). Despite my name and room number being on the delivery, it’s magically gone during shift change. Housekeeping hasn’t even been to my room once in my almost week-long stay. They’ve been in the hall when I’ve left, and there was no do not disturb on the door, but they still haven’t been by. I’ve had to use the app to request towels.

Stopped here for the night. Woman at front desk was nice got us checked in quickly and gave us directions to the car wash. Room was a little small but well appointed, clean, and stylish. Shower instead of a tub which I love. I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel. I saw some other reviews complaining about the free breakfast. It’s like that in the hotel industry. Although I’ve not had breakfast here I would not bypass this hotel because it that. We did not use wifi as we have mobile hotspots. Thanks for a nice stay.

There isn't a free hotel shuttle but you can take one for about $45 to Orem. We love the hotel. It is clean and quiet.

The Space Needle is a relatively short walk from the hotel, and there are two or three places to eat there. The Chihuly glass exhibit is right next to the space needle also. We found that the Mediterranean Inn had a great location for being able to see the things we wanted.
