AC didn’t work. Reported to front desk lady and she called maintenance man. After two hours of a hot room in June. The front desk lady wouldn’t move a to a room that had a AC that work. She told us we were out of luck!!! Luckily the maintenance man was able to get us in a room with cold air. Thank you.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I stayed the previous night at their sister property next door. The second night of my time in Orem, I stayed here, the room was more expensive and I had hopes for a better breakfast, but it was the same as the other less expensive property next door (not great, in my opinion). If your stay is short, I would stay at the Fairfield. If your stay is longer, this hotel has a kitchenette so you could prepare your own meals and save some money from having to eat out.

By far the ABSOLUTE best Hotel I have stayed in! There is literally not one single thing they did not think of and provided in both the rooms I reserved last night. Clean, Clean, Clean and friendly wonderful staff! Quite literally I could've walked in with a change of clothes and been just fine. This Hotel Is FABULOUS!!!!!! I will stay here again.
