I feel bad leaving a one star review because Lonni is great but the lady that was bossing her around this morning is not. I've been ordering 8-10 sandwiches on the app every week for months now at a few different stores. This is the first time I've had to wait 20 minutes after the pickup time and the lady making the sandwiches was ticked that I hadn't placed a catering order. I placed the order more than an hour ahead of when I wanted to pick it up. Unfortunately the system doesn't print the order until 15 minutes before the pick up time. This is no excuse for poor customer service. I'm not sure if we'll order at this location again.

I rarely leave reviews but the customer service was poor and the order was wrong. Also there was half a slice of bacon on one of the sandwiches. Not coming back to this specific shop.

My wife ordered a half a dozen bagels. And the workers took literally forever to get them ready. The cashier girl said that they were going to get them out to her when they’re ready and all the other people got their orders served and when my wife asked if the order was ready (after about 20 min) she hands her a bag; my wife asked why did it take so long if it was only 6 plain bagels to which one of the workers said: “it’s really not a big deal”. Terrible work here guys. Whoever is the manager there needs to review employment with this girl or train your people better.

Loved this place for many years. Delicious bagels, smear, and sandwiches. Very friendly service and lots of options. No complaints. They are currently (end of 2021) running out of a few things and don’t have certain items available due to short supply, but it wasn’t too bad. Definitely give it a shot if you haven’t tried it yet!
