Unfortunately both rentals have been pretty dirty. Not vacuumed, wiped down, etc. Luckily the vehicles haven't had too much of a weird smell. First time I came in, I asked to see if a truck was available over the phone first and when I got in to verify. They didn't have one and we needed one. I picked the best option I thought they had on the lot. It was dirty, especially in the back. I realized later that the back had sand and outside debris all over it and I was worried I may get penalized for it, so I vacuumed up the mess myself before we were able to get in contact with them for a vehicle switch to a truck. We got the truck and that was luckily a smooth process, so I appreciate that. I also appreciate them working with us to get a truck. We verified the things that were previously documented for scratches, etc. or that needed to be (as we did with the previous vehicle) but come to find after getting in it, it was just as dusty and unclean on the inside as the other vehicle. Didn't even look like it was cleaned after the previous person. Wondering how this can get fixed for us and even for future renters. Whether it's for vacation, business, and or driver while other vehicles in the shop. Thank you. I will be glad to update/change my review when and if corrections are made and taken care of. Thanks.

Enterprise was so difficult to work with. I will keep it simple. They billed me $300 in addition to my rental payment. These additional charges were not authorized. I spoke with Elizabeth once to resolve the issue and she completely ghosted me after that. I called virtually every day and left a voicemail every call. I have yet to hear back and it has been 5 weeks. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!

I rented a car for just one day, it was a weekday, and I suppose the demand wasn't too high that day. When I arrived, I was greeted and went through the rental process. When it was time to choose from the cars in my rental class, they individual who was helping me offered me an upgrade. I asked "at the same price?" and he said "Sure." So I took it. That doesn't happen to me all the time, but that fact that it happened once was terrific. The cars I've rented from Enterprise before have always been in great shape, and the rental experience has been all I could hope for. This time was no different.

Hands down best rental car experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out within 5 min!! I was given a huge discount because my car is at a collision facility!
