All I needed was a new SIM card which should take about 5 minutes, but they had me waiting at the same line as other people that were buying new phones, getting new plans and lines, stuff that takes at least 40 minutes EACH customer. I understand that a line means first come first serve… but this just does not seem right and they should think about the people that doesn’t have major problems and is a quick easy service like a new SIM card. At the time I arrived I did let them know that it was all I needed, a new SIM CARD. They need to think about a better way to serve, instead of the old first serve first come…. Come on it is a huge company that can do a better system to service than this.

The price is now $25.00 in-store and there is no way an associate can waive that. In my experience, the only exception has been when purchasing a new phone, they've waived that. If you don't need a SIM card tonight, you can purchase it on Amazon for $10.00. When it arrives, just call them or reach out on Twitter to activate.
