Hard to find help and when I did, it was less than great. I ended up talking to 3 different employees and all of them sounded like they didn’t want to be bothered with helping me (with a very simple task mind you). Definitely lacking in customer service and manners in general. They were also quick to touch my phone. I will navigate on my own, thank you. If you want me to get an item number, I can do that, just say so.

Quite frankly I am writing this fairly ticked off. My husband and I ordered 3 pallets of stone for a large project outside. The original delivery date as told to us when we ordered was Friday (3 days ago). By the end of Friday I had missed a call from Lowes. I work and can not jump at my phone every moment. I figured a voice-mail would be left. There wasn't. I tried to call them back and got no live person and no reason as to why I was called. By that evening I received an email stating that my new delivery date would be Monday (today) from 8am to 8pm. Seriously.....a 12 hour window? I was a little annoyed but we made the best of the weekend and did extra preparation. Mondays my husband has off work so he would be available to meet the delivery and let them into the correct place to put 3 heavy pallets. We have been sitting here all day long. Not one phone call has been made to us. Not one email. Nothing. I attempted to call them 3 times....never once speaking to a human. Its 9pm. So now...inevitably the delivery will happen while I work, my husband is gone, and I take care of our toddler son while I work. Lowes clearly does not care about its consumers. Close to $1,000 and we sit here with no viable contact, no viable update, and no product. No recognition that we exist or that our time is valuable. We will be using Home Depot exclusively after this.

So, about 7 years ago, one of my good friends used to work here. And, I would visit him once a month or so, and buy a lot of tools that I had no use for. Haha! I came here today, because I needed some stuff, to stain some wood for a project of mine, and let me just tell you that this place has changed so much! I asked one of the employees, if there was a recent remodel, and he expressed to me that they remodeled the store a little bit and it was hard to find my way around anymore. No, they have a pretty huge selection of appliances, and that surprised me, because I don't ever remember them putting that much of an interest in selling appliances. Luckily, on the app you can search for an item, and they will tell you which row the item is at... There's one problem though, I was looking for a small tool, and it told me to go to row 51, aisle 7.... I went there, and the item was nowhere to be found. I wonder if in the recent remodel, not all the items were located correctly on the app... Who knows. Regardless, maybe it's just user error... This place has pretty much everything in it though, and I'm really happy I visited. ... I did need a little help, and selecting some wood stain, and one of the employees there was very friendly in is assistance. I'll be sure to get back, if ever I need anything else.

I enjoyed my trip to Lowe’s, I was sort of able to get Eve I needed, the faucet supply lines was not a great selection, not many choices for 3/8” to 3/8” which is standard for most faucets and valves nowadays, is Lowe’s living the past with the larger fittings on one side? Don’t know just need a better selection of faucet supply lines , need to have all choices of length in both types , I had to get 2- 20” supply lines because I needed a 24” line , I went there hoping to get a 12” and a 20” line to reach my valves.
