Difficult too reach impossible too get a human by phone. I had too drive too Orem too get the answers I needed and talk too a human. They "shut down the phone at the Orem store! How incredibly nice and convenient for customers! (Sarcasm) I finally almost 2 years in got the answers I needed. I'm upset I was not helped out with these options 2 years ago. Also I was told I was not under contract on the phone but the in person guy told me I am under contract. I am not a fan of their customer service I give them a 0 here cuz of the above reasons.

Darius Nutall was AMAZING and super patient. We had a lot of problems with our old carrier and had to call them a few times in store and Darius did not make us feel any pressure to get it done fast. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to help reduce our bill. He was also super friendly during the wait with our old carrier and made us feel super welcome.

I went to this store in hope of buying a new phone with a monthly payment plan. The man helping me said I was not eligible for that plan and that there was absolutely nothing he could do to help me. I asked several questions and he could not give me a real answer. I was very frustrated. The next day, I went to the Xfinity store in Draper. The man who helped me at this store was easily able to put me on a payment plan in 15 minutes. He also answered all of my questions & helped me get the phone I wanted. I was so surprised by the difference of the two. The receptionist at this store was friendly. However, overall, I did not enjoy my experience at this store. I would much rather drive to draper then go back to the Orem store.

theres a reason Xfinity has only 3 stars. I have the same issue.
No you have to call the 1800 number and ask for customer service it sucks. But your can always just go to the store if need be. Hope that helped 😊
I had the same issue. Unhooked my cable box, drove all the way to the store to have them tell me the new box I needed was out of stock — but to try again another day. Yeah right.
10.0.0.1 is the default address for an xfinity router/modem. You can change your options there. That's a question for tech/customer support. This is a place for questions about this physical store.
Walk in to the doors. They will have someone be assigned to you. You can't call a specific store .
What do you mean? Have you tried reprogramming it?
Well if you got yourself installation kit from the Xfinity store then I'm sure they looked up your address so that they could bill you for their services......so that's the connection you need to hook up to....if not then you should probably call them back and have them make an appointment to install the cable to your house. most of the service is now we're coming through fiber-optic systems so you might not be familiar with that.. so it's going to depend on what kind of hookup you have at home
