Our family stayed here for 1 night. The receptionist during the night is nice, but when we enter the room seems clean but it's not like that. Blankets on the folded bed cover neatly. But when the blanket is opened I saw a lot of hair in the bed and hair on the pillow. It smells like it's been used and hasn't been washed. I had to spray disinfectant and put our clothes on our pillows to sleep. I feel bad to see this and will be the last time to stay in this hotel.

Room was nice. However, it had roaches, lamp was not working. Was there three nights and they never fixed it. No hot breakfast, pool not working, gym equipment is shabby, needs repairs. Front desk person was friendly. Such a nice hotel, you can do better.

Got a room for a great price after my flight was cancelled. Room was much better than I expected—large with sofa, microwave & fridge. The bed was so comfortable and all of the employees I encountered were awesome & very helpful! Would definitely return!

Tyree at the front desk was what all hotels need. She welcomed me and my family as if we belong to her. I asked to view a room before checking in and she didn’t exchange words. I appreciate how warm and pleasant she was not to mention beautiful!! If she is not the property manager she needs to be. She took time and walked us to our room. She checked on us during our stay and that made us feel like family. The grounds were kept well and the room where clean. The rooms where a great size and that was important to us due to family illness. Thank you Tyree for being amazing! We will be back and soon
