BAILEY WAS THE GREATEST!! She helped my 2 year old boy get his first build a bear for his birthday today. She was so warm and friendly. She didn't try to push anything we didn't want and didn't use sneaky sales tactics. So, we spent a more more! Haha. She also made it so fun and comfortable for my son. He had the greatest day and it all started with her. Thanks girl!!! You are truly, one of the good ones.

I came here to get a gift for my beautiful girlfriend. Dakota was the person working at the time and he was extremely helpful. I had never been there before so I had no idea what I was doing and he was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to figure out the system. Not only did he answer all my questions if he also let me put 2 photos and a little charm into the bear before he sealed it. Dakota is a phenomenal employee and a downright great person. Highly suggest this location!

I bought my little brother a bear after waiting a week after the advice of an employee. They wanted him to have the best bear, so they told me that a new shipment came the week after and could have the bear he wanted. When we went back, he found a bear he loved that wasn't there before. The employees were super nice and made it such a fun experience for him to remember and offered extras like a smell that I let him get. It was fun!
