Even though the place was packed when we showed up, we got our food very quickly. The staff were kind and attentive and made me feel welcome. The frozen custard here is amazing and they have so many ways to eat it. The chicken is also very tender and the breading is delicious.

Ordering here fully stressed me out. I never have been at a place with so many new workers. There were no less than 20 people behind the counter and 3 of them may have been over 16. Taking my order took forever (and involved 3 workers with no special adjustments on it), then when they had that waiting on food and concrete took a long time, which both also got messed up. The food here wasn't bad but I think I would skip eating here again because of the processes in place or lack thereof. Never before has ordering food in a lobby stressed me out before trying here.

This location is pretty quick and they have excellent customer service. The person over comms was very polite as was the person at the window. The burger was excellent! The cheese curds are top notch and their root beer is delicious as well.

I highly recommend Culver's! The burgers are great, but the custard and cheese curds is what sets Culver's apart. It only costs 99 cents to upgrade your fries to cheese curds at this location, so DO IT. I promise you won't regret it. And the custard is just plain delicious.
