This place is the most unprofessional, unsanitary place I've ever stayed at. I've stayed at many hotels and most are Hilton, but this place was the worst. They only clean or replenish your toiletries when you ask. I had to had for clean wash clothes, trash bags, and towels several times, and even then I Still did not get them. I had to literally go to the front desk speak with the manager just to get a roll of toilet paper. With covid and so many other diseases go around, you would think this establishment would want to be as clean as possible. Was not pleased with my stay at all, but I will say the employees that worked night shift the weekend of 7/23/2022 were amazing and very helpful.

The staff are nice, the lobby is updated and very nice, the rooms are partially updated. My feeling is that this hotel is older and still in the process if a face-lift. The plumbing must be older as we had issues, and some things appeared to be falling apart, though they looked newer. It wasn't as clean as I would like, and I'm a stickler for that. I likely would not stay here again unfortunately.

Someone's leftover food was in the fridge. Otherwise the room was good. Soap/shampoo was all lavender which is one of our party was allergic to, so if that's you keep that in mind. Otherwise a good experience, breakfast was delicious and staff friendly

Hotel accommodations were adequate. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not see room cleaning staff during our stay. Very slow trash pickup when left outside our room. No response from Customer Care when we called. They would not allow for any late checkouts. Nothing special about the stay. In the past hotel stays were a process of staying in the room and getting fresh sheets and towels every day. The pandemic has definitely changed things.
