The hotel can be characterized as a little better than average. The rooms, hallways, and elevators are dated but appear clean. The room provided comfortable nights' sleep with the exception of some late night disturbances in the parking lot. Prices are competitive for nearby hotels. The complimentary breakfast sets this hotel apart from others. The dining area is spacious enough for a family gathering, there is a wide selection of foods, and the hotel staff members are welcoming.

Now, I've stayed in my fair share of hotels. Never have I ever stayed at a hotel as luxurious and comfortable as this one. As of today, this hotel has provided the utmost service and amenities. I loved the atrium, the breakfast, omelet bar, the rooms. Everything was to die for. It is not easy finding a hotel that actually cares about its customers these day, but you can truly experience that feeling right here at the Embassy. While our pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable, the regular mattress was cozy. And the double room allowed privacy and entertainment to be separated from the different types of people. I loved this hotel and guarantee you will to. It's worth every penny. The breakfast so huge it's worth it just for the breakfast. Literally, toast, bagels, breads, sausages, bacon, eggs, cerals, juices, yogurts, coffee, refrigerated spreads, omelet breakfast bar, home fries, and even more but the list goes on... you MUST STAY HERE IT WILL BE WORTH EVERY PENNY JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES ITS TRULY BREATH TAKING.

First I would say the front desk staff was very nice…always smiled and greeted us. The breakfast was also very nice. We were in town for a graduation and it was Mother’s Day weekend, so the hotel was crowded and VERY noisy on Saturday night. We went to graduation on Sunday and when we returned, our room had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk for towels and coffee on Monday morning I was told that, since the start of the pandemic, rooms have not been cleaned daily because staff shortages. I understand, but there are no signs in the room letting guests know. The rooms are comfortable but quite outdated. No bottled water was provided and only shampoo and conditioner as far as toiletries were provided. The bathrooms are extremely small. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel nor would I stay again.

We relocated here at the last minute after having a terrible experience at a different hotel. It was such a relief! The hotel was very crowded and noisy, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The room was unique and very clean. The indoor pool was fun, though the water was a little cold for the adults. There is no hot tub and the sauna is closed. Besides that, we loved the free breakfast and the staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

They are more like juliet balconies. No space for anything but to stand
Depends on when you book
Indeed, the neighborhood we are located around is primarily some business and eateries, gas stations/convenience store etc. We are set off from the main Broad Street thoroughfare, so parking is excellent and there is not too much traffic on our Emerywood Parkway address. Of course, children should never wander on their own, we discourage unaccompanied children; however, the safety of our location is one of our assets. Please look forward to your stay.
Hello Selena- We do not have suites with Jacuzzi tubs anymore. In the renovation we have completely redone every suite. They are fresh, ultra-modern and have either a shower or tub in the bathroom. We do offer the heated whirlpool in the pool area on our first floor. Come see us soon.
