Perfect location if you want minimal driving to the best restaurants and shops in town. We celebrated our anniversary this summer and one of the hotel employees, Bianca, did a really great job with an early check in request we had despite how busy they were. There were three wedding parties on our anniversary weekend and she was working the desk alone which was really impressive. The corner tub suites are absolutely divine and worth it. Be aware (I can’t find it on the website) that they do charge a $50 extra deposit per night (if you book 2 nights, they’ll charge you one deposit, but if you book 1 night in 1 hotel room and decide to spend another night in an upgraded/different room, they will charge you $50 twice). However much they charge though will be refunded within a week or so which was good news.

Great location, pretty comfortable beds, good size rooms but a lot of maintenance issues. Only one elevator working and had to wait for 5+ minutes for it every time. Lightbulbs burnt out in room, bathroom door that was poorly Jerry-rigged, shower that didn’t drain with no shower door so the bathroom got soaked. Hard to find people working to help with issues. Overall would have expected much more from a Hyatt house, particularly at short pump.

Nice enough hotel, but had trouble getting my room clean. I was there for two weeks and they scheduled my room cleaning for both Thursdays. The first Thursday rolled around and... nothing, so I told the front desk to please clean the room Friday, and change my second room cleaning to Tuesday. "No problem", they said. Well the room got cleaned the first Friday, but Tuesday rolled around and... nothing. The second Wednesday morning, I asked the front desk if I could get trash and towel service that day. When I got to the room that evening,... Nothing. I called the front desk and asked for towels and trash service, and someone finally showed up. The room was never cleaned again, during my 2-week stay, other than the first Friday.

Really enjoyed this location. Easy walk in the morning to Starbucks. There are so many restaurants right next door. Firebirds. Rock bottom brewery California pizza and more. The breakfast options aren’t high end however decent and all staff here were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Business center was available to print.
